Frequently Asked Questions

What is a painting event like with Paulette’s Palette?

Each class is a group setting set up with an artist who guide the group through the step-by-step instructions to complete the featured painting. You will go home with your unique artwork you have created. Our sessions start at the scheduled time and last approximately 2-1/2 to 3 hours with a couple of breaks. We ask you to arrive 15-30 minutes early for check-in, set up and to get your beverage. Keep in mind that we don’t provide one-on-one instructions.

Is Paulette’s Palette an art instruction studio?

No, our focus is on providing you a unique and fun painting experience at your location or facility. Whether it’s a date night or a fun night socializing with friends, you’ll be pleased about creating a painting you can take home afterwards. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing with music and beverages.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy if you need to cancel a scheduled event. You can request a refund or a credit towards a future event. Cancellations should be made by phone. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space. We are sorry, but we cannot give refunds or event credit for No Shows.
